Position: Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join their team!

Join an innovative company as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant, where you'll play a pivotal role in the month-end close process and financial reporting. You'll have the opportunity to refine operational analyses and work closely with the Director of Financial Reporting on various projects. This is a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare monthly financial statement consolidations
• Handle non-operating journal entries and corporate allocations
• Maintain share-based compensation expense calculations
• Prepare SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• Ensure accuracy of XBRL tagging
• Work closely with external auditors
• Research accounting issues and advise on GAAP conformity
• Conduct goodwill impairment assessments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• BS/BA/MS degree in accounting or finance
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with SEC reporting and technical GAAP
• Strong MS Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Netsuite ERP System
• Senior audit associate experience at a CPA firm
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Capable of working independently and in a team
