Position: Gas Plant Process Engineer

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Dallas, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company in the upstream oil and gas industry to help find a skilled Gas Plant Process Engineer to join their team!

Join a leading energy firm as a Gas Plant Process Engineer based in Dallas. This role involves optimizing and maintaining gas processing operations across multiple locations, including East Texas and Wyoming. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the oil and gas industry, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Optimize gas gathering and processing facilities
• Maintain and update electrical generation facilities
• Support process and plant control systems and technologies
• Ensure regulatory compliance for emissions control
• Lead projects and manage contractors
• Provide technical support for inspections and permits
• Communicate with field operators and senior management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Experience in gas processing plant operations is a hard requirement (Amine Treatment Units, Cryogenic units, Cooling Towers, Dehydration Units, Compression Systems, and/or Fractionation Towers) 
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of related experience
• Nitrogen processing experience
• Experience with electrical power generation plants
• Programming experience with Wonderware systems

Other Information:

• Frequent travel to East Texas and some travel to Wyoming required, reimbursed. 
• Role involves both field and office work
