Position: AP/AR Specialist
Compensation: $ 26 – 28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage high-volume AP/AR paperwork efficiently
- Assist in cutting checks and benefits data reconciliation
- Input data into the property management system
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt to changing workloads and priorities
- Report to the Accounting Supervisor
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Solid experience in AP/AR processes
- Proficient in Excel for data management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in GL/reconciliation
- Familiarity with property management systems
