Position: Accounts Payable Analyst
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full cycle of accounts payable, from data entry to check runs
- Ensure all PO invoices match purchase orders, receipts, or contracts
- Process credit card reports monthly, ensuring policy alignment
- Review and approve employee expense reports
- Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve payment disputes
- Participate in month-end close, ensuring accuracy and deadlines
- Support accounting team in preparing financial reports and KPIs
- Assist with 1099 tax reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERPs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large amounts of data effectively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- College courses in relevant fields
- Experience with Intercompany invoicing
- Familiarity with tax forms and reporting
