Position: Workday Technical Analyst – Full Suite
Compensation: $45 – $52 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Technical Analyst – Full Suite to join their team!
Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity as a Workday Technical Analyst? You'll be at the heart of optimizing and securing Workday operations, ensuring seamless processes across HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning. This role offers a chance to work remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide expert support for Workday HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning.
- Assist stakeholders with configuration updates and troubleshooting.
- Lead security audits and ensure compliance with standards.
- Design and develop scalable integrations using Workday Studio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into solutions.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Report Writer.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules.
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday security administration experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and security configuration.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations.
- Experience with Workday integrations and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
