Position: Business Analyst
Compensation: $50 – $53/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!
You’re the translator every tech team wishes they had — fluent in both business goals and system specs. This Business Analyst role gives you the space to collaborate, problem-solve, and shape meaningful software projects that keep operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
- Prepare clear documentation, including process flows
- Support software development projects
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Identify and address project risks or delays
- Develop presentations to communicate project status
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project management
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience gathering requirements for technical software projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to create clear, organized documentation
- Experience with Azure DevOps for project management
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Power Apps
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience with facilities management projects
