Position: Project Assistant
Compensation: $20 – $25 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Austin, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Assistant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team supporting engineering and construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, providing essential administrative support. The position is open due to project expansion, offering you a chance to contribute to exciting initiatives and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organize and maintain project files and communications
- Provide data entry and track project status
- Record minutes from team meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for project needs
- Prepare outgoing mailings, including email and fax
- Reserve conference rooms for meetings and presentations
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Update project calendar and contact list
- Assist with clerical needs on projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Experience in managing or maintaining budgets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project financial management
- Familiarity with engineering or construction projects
