Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist
Compensation: $30 – $32 / hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in back-office wealth management operations
- Perform statement reconciliation and accounting tasks
- Manage transactional entries with accuracy
- Conduct quality control checks
- Support maintenance of financial records
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional transferable skills
- Banking or trust background knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in financial services industry
- Familiarity with wealth management systems
