Position: Senior Financial Systems Engineer
Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Financial Systems Engineer to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role based out of Kansas City, MO. As a Senior Financial Systems Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial systems that support the finance and accounting functions of the firm. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and collaboration. The role is newly created due to growth, with the current person in the position moving to a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Research, design, and develop financial systems
- Implement and integrate financial applications
- Maintain system coherency between Finance and Accounting applications
- Develop reporting and ad-hoc queries using SQL
- Ensure data integration across various environments
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS
- Experience in data analysis and financial systems
- Understanding of financial/accounting software systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT and finance teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Azure and Power Apps
- Knowledge of Python and API integration
