Position: Senior Business Intelligence Engineer
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote

As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be a key player in shaping technical direction, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-value business solutions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop robust SQL queries and ETL processes
- Design scalable data models for analytics
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power Platforms
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform data analysis to drive business improvements
- Present findings to leadership clearly
- Mentor junior team members
- Define team standards based on best practices
- Ensure quality of the team’s deliverables
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- 8+ years of Software or BI Development experience
- Epic Cogito and Caboodle or Clarity Data Model certification
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
- 3+ years in healthcare, preferably ambulatory setting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Comprehensive healthcare claims knowledge
- Experience in outpatient procedures and clinical guidelines
