Position: Project Coordinator
Compensation: $30 – 40 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team!
Join a dynamic environment where you will facilitate engineering and construction projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure seamless execution and communication. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of exciting projects, providing solutions and support in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with project managers and teams for project execution
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for project needs
- Prepare and present meeting notes and reports
- Monitor project deadlines and benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with training programs and records
- Verify accuracy of invoices and expense reports
- Administer project closeout activities
- Develop procedures for internal project requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project management or coordination
- Familiarity with engineering and construction projects
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
