Position: Controller
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team!
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be at the heart of corporate finance and accounting. This opportunity arises as the previous Controller transitions to a VP role after eight years, showcasing growth potential. You’ll be joining a dynamic team that values expertise and innovation, ready to make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial initiatives
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
- Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Advanced degree in finance or accounting
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience in strategic financial planning
