Position: Procurement Manager
Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, OK
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic company as a Procurement Manager, where you’ll lead the Purchasing Department with precision and energy. This is an exciting opportunity to drive supplier negotiations, streamline purchasing functions, and implement cost-saving measures. The role is open due to expansion, and you’ll be a key player in supporting the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and terms
- Implement supplier plans and contracts
- Forecast market factors affecting costs
- Collaborate with internal departments for optimal planning
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve supply issues
- Manage inventory turns and weeks on hand
- Prepare monthly market updates for commodities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in food and beverage purchasing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with goal-setting abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with international freight negotiations
- Knowledge of supplier management systems
- Experience in cross-functional planning
