Position: Compliance & Risk Analyst

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compliance & Risk Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Compliance & Risk Analyst, focusing on vendor management, compliance, and risk assessment. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by revising and creating policies, sharing them with executives, and training staff. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Revise and create compliance policies
• Share policies with board members or executives
• Train supervisors or company staff on new policies
• Manage vendor compliance system
• Develop risk management strategies
• Create or update policies based on risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with vendor documentation requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in compliance and risk management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with executives and staff

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with vendor management systems
• Experience in policy training and development
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
