Position: Data Architect
Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Architect to join their team!
Join a dynamic organization as a Data Architect, where you’ll design and manage robust data architecture solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft Azure technologies, ensuring data integrity and scalability. As the company’s data needs grow, you’ll be at the forefront, providing technical guidance and mentoring to data professionals. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design scalable, secure data solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Develop and maintain data architectures for ETL and data warehousing
- Define and enforce data governance standards
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain data pipelines for ETL processes
- Analyze and optimize data models for efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data teams
- Document data architecture design and processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in Azure data services like Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data governance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years in data engineering/architecture with Azure focus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in technical guidance and mentorship roles
