Position: Senior Project Manager

Compensation: $55 – $65 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and scope
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project
• Communicate project progress and KPIs to stakeholders
• Lead project teams in conflict resolution and risk mitigation
• Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports
• Provide coaching on PMO processes and project governance
• Ensure consistency in project management methodologies
• Assist project managers with governance controls

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
• 5 years of project management experience in an IT setting
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, and financial forecasting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with large data sets and data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Aptitude for conducting research into project-related issues
