Position: Senior Revenue Accountant
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Revenue Accountant to join their team!

Join a dynamic and growing oil and gas team where your expertise will help shape the future of the revenue accounting department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage revenue accounting for a large asset base, initially overseeing check distribution for over 1,000 wells in Texas. Step into a leadership role with potential for growth as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and analyze monthly revenue entries and allocations.
- Manage check distribution for 1,000+ wells.
- Ensure accuracy of owner decks and revenue accruals.
- Utilize Quorum for revenue processing and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Review and interpret contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Resolve complex owner inquiries and discrepancies.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of oil & gas revenue accounting experience.
- Experience with Quorum revenue system required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Texas statutory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with system upgrades or integrations.
- Leadership potential and team development skills.
- Knowledge of Texas RRC guidelines.
