Position: Master Data Administrator

Compensation: $40/hr

Location:  ONSITE Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Master Data Administrator to join their team!

As a Master Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining SAP vendor and customer master data. This is an exciting opportunity to work with various levels of management and contribute to the company's data governance and quality control efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Ensure SAP vendor and customer master data accuracy
• Interface with management to ensure data compliance
• Develop and maintain data quality control procedures
• Perform regular data audits for accuracy
• Assist with internal and external audit activities
• Support vendor data management and cleansing activities
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
• Update process guidelines and procedures
• Implement opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure controls to prevent conflicts of interest

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma required
• 2 to 5 years of SAP Vendor/Customer Master Data Maintenance
• ERP (SAP) vendor/customer master data system experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business-related discipline
• SAP Master Data Governance or MDM certification
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
