Location: Castle Rock, CO
Position: Senior Unified Communications Engineer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Unified Communications Engineer to join their team!
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position where your work directly contributes to improving organizational performance, enhancing collaboration experiences, and supporting mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities:

Support, maintain, and improve Unified Communications systems—including phones, call control, contact center, messaging, collaboration tools, and voice/video services.

Troubleshoot UC issues and perform regular maintenance and upgrades.

Work with users, vendors, and technical teams to implement and optimize UC solutions.

Review UC systems for security and stay current on telecom technologies.

Research and recommend new tools or systems to improve collaboration and reduce costs.

Create documentation, runbooks, and performance reports.

Manage telecom inventory and handle moves, adds, and changes; train others as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in telecom operations, VoIP, and voicemail systems.

Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks as they relate to UC systems.

Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.

Valid Colorado Driver’s License with acceptable MVR.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with enterprise-level collaboration platforms and modern UC ecosystems.

Hands-on knowledge of contact center technologies and workflows.

Prior experience working in government, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
