Position: Development Supervisor
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Development Supervisor to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Development Supervisor, leading a group of talented developers in creating scalable and secure software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on modernization projects, transitioning from legacy systems to new technologies, and driving innovation within the company. This role is open due to growth, and offers the chance to make a significant impact in a supportive environment with a strong corporate backing.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage day-to-day activities of development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and deliver projects on time
- Oversee development metrics and support for assigned systems
- Introduce automation and improvements to development processes
- Discuss development best practices with technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development management
- At least 2 years supervising development staff at team lead level or higher
- Expertise in Systems Development Lifecycle and project management
- Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Exposure to large-scale multidisciplinary projects
