Position: Senior Data Analyst
Compensation: $ 45 – 55 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze and interpret large, complex data sets
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Collaborate with leadership on analytics strategies
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Maintain data management systems
- Partner with IT and analytics teams for data solutions
- Work with stakeholders to deliver insights
- Utilize tools like MS Fabric, SQL, Python, R
- Create visualizations using Power BI
- Stay updated with data analytics trends
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong understanding of data analysis principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional certification in data analysis
