Position: Data Entry Specialist
Compensation: $19 – $22/hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Data Entry Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within a newly implemented CRM system. This opportunity arises from a recent transition to Microsoft Dynamics, requiring meticulous data entry and critical thinking to maintain data quality. With a flexible part-time schedule, this contract position offers the chance to work onsite and engage with advanced Excel tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure accuracy of data within new CRM system
- Perform critical thinking to validate data entries
- Conduct advanced Excel tasks, including vlookups
- Collaborate with team for data integrity
- Engage in onsite data verification
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in data entry and validation
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Background in data/accounting/administrative roles
- Flexible for onsite work
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- College degree in Data Science or related field
