Position: IT Manager- Network & Infrastructure
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Manager- Network & Infrastructure to join their team!
This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced IT professional looking to lead a dynamic team in managing and enhancing network and infrastructure systems. The role involves working with a forward-thinking company focused on strategic growth and modernization. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead technical roadmap for Mergers & Acquisitions
- Manage Tenant-to-Tenant migrations (O365/Azure)
- Standardize acquired infrastructure to corporate standards
- Oversee lifecycle of physical and virtual infrastructure
- Lead migration strategies for legacy systems
- Ensure network reliability and security compliance
- Manage disaster recovery strategy
- Mentor a diverse technical team
- Implement ITIL-based best practices
- Act as primary infrastructure owner for business applications
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years managing IT infrastructure or systems engineering teams
- Expertise in Windows Server environments
- Experience with VMware and iSCSI SAN technologies
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Cohesity for enterprise backups
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline
