Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Compensation: $22 – $26.50 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Validate invoices against vendor contracts
- Monitor vendor payment terms and parked documents
- Review purchase orders and memos for accuracy
- Adhere to Accounts Payable processes and approvals
- Update Purchasing Card system workflows and authorizations
- Coordinate with Procurement to resolve discrepancies
- Identify and prevent potential fraudulent activities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years’ experience in a Finance-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under fluctuating workloads
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
- Direct experience in processing vendor invoices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
