Compensation: $25/hr
Location: Houston, TX
Position: O&T IT Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled O&T IT Technician to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- New Hire Setup: Create Active Directory accounts, deploy computers using MS Intune, and configure software/applications including MS Teams.
- End of Employment Procedures: Disable accounts, convert O365 mailboxes, reclaim assets, and reimage devices.
- General IT Support: Collaborate with IT teams, ensure security compliance, and stay current on IT technologies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, MS Intune, and Windows 10/11.
- Experience: 3+ years in IT support with expertise in imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Education: High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certifications (A+, ITIL, MCP) preferred.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Quick troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
