Position: UX Researcher
Compensation: $40 – 50 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Join a dynamic team as a UX Researcher, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping digital products. This opportunity offers a fast-paced environment with potential for career growth. The position is open due to expanding project needs, and you'll be collaborating with product managers and designers to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct user research for digital products
- Plan, execute, and summarize stakeholder interviews
- Develop usability test plans and lead test sessions
- Create stakeholder interview guides and workshops
- Collaborate with product managers and designers
- Work with remote and in-person stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of user research experience
- 2+ years of stakeholder interview experience
- 2+ years of usability testing experience
- Experience with digital product research
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Enterprise or Business Portals
- Familiarity with Restaurant Operations
- Experience with Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in tools like Figjam and Dovetail
