Position: User Experience (UX) Designer
Compensation: $40 – $50/hour, depending on experience
Location: ONSITE — Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled User Experience Designer to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the digital product design space. The role involves designing and prototyping digital products, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience through innovative kiosk-based solutions. This position is open due to the company’s expansion and commitment to improving their customer experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and prototype digital products using Figma
- Work with design systems to ensure consistency
- Map out in-store guest ordering experiences
- Evaluate usability and design quality of kiosk-based systems
- Collaborate with product management to recommend enhancements
- Create design mockups and prototypes for key ordering flows
- Extend design systems for in-store ordering products
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience with digital product design using Figma
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with design systems
- Familiarity with digital e-commerce best practices
- Experience with mobile-based digital design
- Experience with kiosk-based touchscreen design
- Understanding of accessible design for consumer devices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in evaluating and recommending changes to product designs
- Familiarity with reward redemption and payment flow design
