Position: SoonerRide Coordinator
Compensation: $17 – $21 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SoonerRide Coordinator to join their team!
Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the Oklahoma Medicaid population. As a SoonerRide Coordinator, you will coordinate and educate SoonerCare members, providers, and stakeholders on non-emergency transportation services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring timely resolution of transportation concerns and enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering incoming call looking to schedule transportation for medical appointments
- Schedule transportation for Sooner Care members
- Resolve member and provider issues related to the SoonerRide program
- Initiate action to resolve transportation discrepancies
- Assist with monitoring phone calls and educating call center personnel
- Participate in member outreach and educational efforts
- Identify and report system discrepancies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree
- 3½ years of combined education and experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of direct OHCA Member or Provider Services experience
- Knowledge of SoonerCare rules and agency policy
- MMIS experience
- 2 or more years SoonerCare/Medicaid program experience
- Medicaid claims resolution experience
- Bilingual; fluent in oral & written Spanish
