Position: AP Specialist
Compensation: $20 – $28/hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be at the forefront of financial operations. This role is open to help the company catch up on critical tasks, with the potential for a longer-term contract. You’ll be part of an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills and make a significant impact. The initial contract is estimated to be 3-4 months, with a target start date of January 19th. Interviews will likely be a single round onsite, so we need top talent ready to impress.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process product purchase payables in RightAngle
- Conduct various ad-hoc assignments and analyses
- Generate Renewable Identification Number exposure reports monthly
- Perform Over/Short calculations monthly
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payables
- Collaborate with team for continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong background in payables processing
- Analytical skills to identify and solve issues
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with RightAngle software
- Previous experience in a similar industry
