Position: Civil Designer

Compensation: $28 – $35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Civil Designer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team and become a key player in innovative projects with the renewables team. This opportunity offers a chance to work on diverse projects like site design, land development, and storm water management. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in planning and proposal preparation
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for diverse projects
• Design civil projects like roads and drainage systems
• Prepare engineering drawings from feedback and sketches
• Coordinate CAD files with other disciplines
• Compute volume calculations for design tasks
• Organize and maintain project-related information
• Incorporate schedules and budgets into designs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in drafting technology or related field
• 2+ years related experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation
• Basic knowledge in civil discipline practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with land development or surveying
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D labels
