Position: AP Accountant
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Moore, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Accountant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team in a thriving company known for delivering top-notch wireline services. As an AP Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in managing accounts payable and inventory, ensuring seamless operations. This position is open due to recent team changes, offering a unique opportunity to shape the role and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage accounts payable functions efficiently
- Track and manage inventory on a per-job basis
- Prepare balance sheets and financial statements
- Handle journal entries and financial reconciliations
- Implement and manage new PO system for inventory
- Verify sales orders and track discrepancies
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory checks
- Communicate inventory details to managers
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of AP accounting experience
- Prior experience with purchase orders (PO)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in fixed asset management
- Exposure to debt interest calculations
- Industry experience in wireline services
