Position: Accounts Receivable Lead
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Katy, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Lead to join their team!
Join a dynamic organization where you'll play a key role in managing accounts receivable processes for multiple companies. This direct hire position offers the chance to lead a team, and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage cash applications and reconciliations for 40 companies
- Conduct audit reconciliations and generate AR reporting
- Prepare and analyze aging reports
- Oversee shared mailboxes and payment transfers (ACH, wire)
- Lead a team of four as a point of contact
- Utilize BST ERP system for reporting duties
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in cash application
- At least 2 years lead experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Moderate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Effective communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with BST ERP system
- Team player in a laid-back environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Tenure and KPIs as evaluation factors
