Position: IT Field Technician
Compensation: $22 – $22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Field Technician to join their team!
Join an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for installing and training users on POS, office PC, and networking equipment. This contract position offers the chance to travel nationwide, providing support to various store locations. The role is open due to expansion and provides a pathway for potential full-time employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Install and test equipment at new and existing stores
- Verify proper communication and functionality of equipment
- Assist in training store personnel on equipment use
- Coordinate projects with operations and vendors
- Maintain accurate expense reporting
- Travel nationwide to store locations
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic network installation experience
- Basic PC skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with video surveillance systems
- Knowledge of fuel dispensing systems
