Position: Google Workspace Systems Engineer

Compensation: $45 – $55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Google Workspace Systems Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in a high-trust position supporting Google Workspace systems. This role is designed to enhance capacity and efficiency, allowing for more strategic initiatives. The opportunity is open due to growth, seeking someone to support and collaborate on daily operations and larger projects. You’ll be a pivotal part of a lean team, focusing on ownership and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Troubleshoot complex calendar permissions
• Ensure accurate license management and auditing
• Support budgeting and admin console management
• Coordinate with stakeholders during troubleshooting
• Communicate technical constraints in business-friendly language
• Document learnings as systems mature
• Operate independently without heavy oversight
• Use Jira for work management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of Google Workspace administration experience
• Proficient in user management, calendars, groups, licensing
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills
• Excellent communication and soft skills
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders
• Experience with Jira or similar work management tools
