Position: Medical Billing Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $ 20 – 25 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The role is open due to expansion and increasing demand for top-notch customer support.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle multiple phone calls daily with professionalism
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints about billing issues
- Read through codes, notes, and bills to explain to patients their charges
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide empathetic responses to frustrated customers
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly
- Familiarity with customer service principles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in medical or healthcare customer service
- Background in collections or mortgage customer service
