Position: Credits and Refund Representative
Compensation: $20 – $23 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Credits and Refund Representative to join their team!
Are you ready to dive into the world of finance and make a significant impact?This short-term opportunity is perfect for those looking to make an impact quickly, with the position running for 2 months until the project ends. Join a dynamic team in Oklahoma City, where you'll work in the Revenue Cycle department. This role focuses on researching outstanding denied claims, reconciling credit balances, validating refunds, and resolving unaccounted funds. With a strong emphasis on investigation and problem-solving, you'll play a crucial role in bridging discrepancies between systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Research outstanding denied claims
- Reconcile credit balances
- Validate refunds and resolve unaccounted funds
- Investigate discrepancies between financial systems
- Perform data entry and back-office tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in accounts receivable or cash posting
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data entry and financial systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Epic or similar systems
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication skills
