Position: Sr. Manager Global Accounting and Reporting

Compensation: $126,000 – $173,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Golden, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Manager Global Accounting and Reporting to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Sr. Manager, where you’ll lead global accounting efforts and external reporting. This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects like SAP conversion and contribute to a multinational organization’s success. The position is open due to internal restructuring, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead global accounting and reporting efforts
• Collaborate with external auditors for IFRS reporting
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Oversee technical GL accounting processes
• Contribute to SAP implementation projects
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
• Participate in cross-training and support team initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years in Public and global accounting
• Experience in multinational accounting
• Proficiency in technical GL accounting
• Familiarity with US GAAP
• 4+ years in management roles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• SAP experience or implementation knowledge
• CPA certification with global company experience
