Position: Executive Assistant
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team!

You’ll be working closely with executives, ensuring seamless operations. This position is open due to growth, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide support to executive leadership team
- Manage and troubleshoot Mac, iOS, iPhone, and iPad issues
- Travel twice a quarter for executive support
- Be on call for urgent executive issues
- Collaborate with admins and executives for seamless operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience as an executive admin with support background
- Proficiency in Mac OS and iOS devices
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills with executive-level personnel
