Position: Change Management Specialist, AI
Compensation: $80-$90/hr
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead change management for AI tool integration
- Create and implement change plans
- Communicate effectively with internal teams
- Collaborate with international teams in Norway and London
- Facilitate efficient integration into engineering operations
- Navigate startup mentality and opposition to change
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong change management experience
- Experience in custom development environments
- AI implementation experience
- Excellent communication and patience
- Ability to stand firm against resistance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AI tools in engineering
- Familiarity with startup environments
