Position: Product Owner
Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Product Owner to join their team!
Join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team as a Product Owner where you’ll drive integration solutions and maximize platform value. This strategic role is open due to growth, offering a chance to work in a collaborative environment, guiding internal teams to optimize business outcomes. This is your opportunity to lead product vision and delivery cycles, ensuring integration platforms deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Define and manage integration platform roadmap
- Engage with stakeholders to assess and recommend solutions
- Optimize product backlog for maximum platform value
- Oversee agile delivery with Contingent Workforce partners
- Lead product governance across internal stakeholders
- Build relationships to foster trust and facilitate demand-shaping
- Apply Agile principles to manage product delivery cycles
- Develop and execute adoption plans for integration platforms
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related Domain.
- Strong technical acumen in integration technologies such as APIs, ESB, ETL, batch jobs, event-driven architecture and experience with Cloud integration platforms suchas Azure Integration Services and Mulesoft.
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience with cloud integration platforms
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps
- Minimum 5 years in a Product Owner or similar role
- College diploma or university degree in related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Certification in Agile methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance
- Experience with vendor relationship management
