Position: Corporate Controller

Compensation: $175,000 – $185,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Corporate Controller to join their team!

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to oversee accounting operations in a thriving environment. This role offers the chance to manage a talented team, ensure financial integrity, and drive strategic improvements. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Execute monthly financial close for US entities
• Collaborate on financial statements and executive presentations
• Maintain and develop internal controls
• Improve tools for measuring manufacturing costs
• Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Drive cost reduction programs
• Lead annual financial audit process
• Coordinate with external tax advisors
• Manage acquisition processes for financial records

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 10+ years in accounting or finance
• 5+ years in multi-site organization reporting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• MBA/CPA
• Manufacturing / Cost Accounting experience
• Experience with international components
• Industry experience in chemical manufacturing
• Experience in oil & gas refinery
