Position: Network Administrator
Compensation: $ 80,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Irving, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network problems efficiently
- Set up and maintain network infrastructure
- Provide help desk and desktop support as needed
- Document escalation processes and solutions
- Collaborate with team members for seamless operations
- Engage with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of networking experience
- At least 1 year of Fortinet firewall experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with network escalation processes
- Familiarity with help desk support
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
