Position: Sales Assistant
Compensation: $ 24/hr – $26/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to support and enhance a dynamic sales team. The role is designed to evolve the team’s approach to prospecting, research, and the use of sales technology and AI. Initially a contract position, there is potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. This position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to learn and contribute to smarter, more targeted sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Learn and observe sales team processes and culture
- Support sales research and active prospecting
- Build detailed profiles for target companies
- Identify and document decision-makers and hiring managers
- Develop prospecting workflows and enablement materials
- Become an expert in sales technology tools
- Collaborate on AI-assisted prospecting prompts
- Conduct market research to support sales efforts
- Analyze market trends related to IT and Finance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Internship or 1-4 years in sales support roles
- Exposure to CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Highly curious and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and organized
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with analytics platforms
- Interest in using AI in practical ways
