Position: Tax Accountant

Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and review business tax returns
• Collaborate with team for tax strategy development
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy
• Assist in tax planning for clients
• Provide tax advice to clients
• Maintain updated knowledge of tax laws
• Contribute to process improvements
• Participate in client meetings and presentations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of public accounting/tax experience
• Expertise in business tax returns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with mid-sized tax/CPA firms
• Knowledge of tax planning strategies
• Familiarity with Forvis, Hood and Associates, Grant Thornton, CCK
• Advanced tax software skills
• Leadership experience in tax projects
