Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Compensation: $30 – $36 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!
Are you passionate about talent acquisition and looking for an exciting opportunity? This is a hands-on recruiting role in a collaborative environment where you’ll manage relationships with 30-40 stakeholders and play a key role in early career initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders effectively
- Support early career initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with employee relations and early career teams
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint heavily
- Partner with various departments for recruitment needs
- Ensure a seamless recruiting process from start to finish
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SuccessFactors ATS
- Early Careers Recruiting experience
