Position: Health Applications Analyst

Compensation: $70,000 – $83,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Health Applications Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team within a leading health services provider, where you’ll support the implementation and maintenance of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to healthcare improvements. The position is open due to team expansion, and you’ll be part of a collaborative environment driving positive change in health IT.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide EHR support to end-users
• Implement and enhance Cerner Millennium Solutions
• Analyze and document EHR patient and information flow
• Automate clinical encounter information capture and retrieval
• Coordinate health systems like EMR support referral management
• Attend maintenance training and configure systems
• Troubleshoot using ticketing systems
• Understand databases and code sets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems
• Proficiency in Accounting, Database, and Design software
• Valid driver’s license
• Understanding of HIPAA and information security regulations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Cerner PowerChart and Oracle
• Knowledge of Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesiology Solutions
• Experience with EHR Behavioral Health Solutions
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Scheduling and Registration
