Position: Controller
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team!
Join a dynamic and growing company that has expanded from 45 employees to 130, with revenue growth from $100M to $250M. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial team, drive strategic financial planning, and support the company's growth trajectory. The current Controller is transitioning to a finance-focused role, creating this opportunity for a seasoned professional to step in and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Direct and oversee financial activities of the corporation
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts
- Supervise financial and treasury functions
- Manage accounting team performance and goals
- Ensure accuracy in payroll, accounts receivable/payable transactions
- Maintain strong internal accounting controls
- Assist project managers with forecasting and budgeting
- Lead monthly Project Status reviews
- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Proficient with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Proven knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with ERP upgrade/migration
- Job costing experience from manufacturing environment
