Position: HR Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing company. The role is open due to the company’s expansion and the need to bring in a dedicated HR skillset. You will have the chance to shape the HR department and grow into a managerial role. The company values a people-oriented approach and offers a supportive environment for professional development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Support current and future business needs through development
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Report to management and provide decision support
• Bridge management and employee relations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-7 years of HR experience
• Strong HR generalist skills
• Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping
• Experience with benefits administration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a managerial HR role
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Experience in a growing company
