Position: Head of Asset Management
Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Head of Asset Management to join their team!
Join a dynamic organization as the Head of Asset Management, where you’ll lead strategic oversight and optimization of physical assets and capital investments. This role is essential in driving capital planning, facility condition management, and asset lifecycle performance across the company’s communities. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll have a significant impact on the organization’s priorities and long-term portfolio value.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct annual reviews to identify capital needs
- Oversee capital expenditures for construction and development
- Schedule and complete site visits for facility assessments
- Provide written condition reports to leadership
- Manage capital projects with defined scope and budget
- Review bids and make purchasing recommendations
- Provide oversight of Information Technology functions
- Collaborate on technology budgeting and system upgrades
- Supervise and support Asset Managers
- Develop manuals and documentation for asset management
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in asset management
- Multi-site leadership experience preferred
- Experience managing large-scale capital budgets
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management
- Advanced financial acumen
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Proven collaboration with leadership and teams
- Proficiency with asset management systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with capital tracking tools
- Knowledge of reporting platforms
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection
