Position: Pricing & Quotations Specialist

Compensation: $28-30/hr depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Integration Quotations Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll collaborate with outside sales and engineering to create technical quotes for high-value customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on significant deals while fostering professional relationships. Our client values training and development, ensuring you have the tools to succeed. This opening is due to an internal promotion, reflecting the company’s commitment to growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare detailed integration quotes
• Utilize ERP systems for cost research
• Negotiate with vendors for optimal terms
• Respond to inquiries and provide resolutions
• Develop and maintain product knowledge
• Support the Outside Sales team
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of quotes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of sales or purchasing experience
• Experience with ERP systems, Epicor preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of the natural gas industry
• Experience building professional relationships
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
